Hi,
I have been seeking my Purpose since I was twelve. I am now 55. About 10 years ago, I thought I had finally discovered it. I also new what to say, how to connected, the most effective individualized plans, etc. The information came through me, not from me. In addition, I never experienced the normal, for me, self doubt, shame when criticized, indecision that I must sometimes work through in the rest of my life. I also felt and experienced a connection to my essence that I know and sense but seldom actually experience. There was a flow. I was helping people, I loved what I was doing, and due to the guidance, I was effective. However, after three years, the symptoms from my chronic illnesses became too debilitating to continue working at job, especially outside of home. So now I am back to square one. I have some gifts and talents and I have always felt a desire to contribute and an inner urging or sense of Purpose. But I have yet to identify what it may be much less the how of doing whatever it is. My greatest fear is that I will fail to fulfill my Purpose for this life, or achieve my spiritual potential for this lifetime before this lifetime is over. As I said, I am fifty five and have been searching since I was twelve. Time is essential. Do you have any suggestions?

hmmm....lots to ponder. I do believe that often our desires lead us to our purpose. Presently seeking my life's purpose so this was a very pertinent blog to "stumble" across. Thanks for posting.
